Guidelines to prepare your communication

To help you prepare your talk and ensure you address the wider implications of your work, you can have a look there.

Language

• posters and slides should preferentially be in english
• for talks in French, please consider writting your slides in English to involve all the audience

Format for oral communications

• standard communications : 12 min + 3 min for questions
  
• flash communications : 6 min - no question time

Format for posters

• posters should be in PORTRAIT format with a maximum dimensions A0, i.e. height:118 cm x width:84,1 cm.
• Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster (clips)
